Of course, health concerns aren’t the only things with which you might need to cope. Many experts agree that acknowledging a problem is one of the best coping skills you can acquire. Myself: I believe that humor helps. So regardless of what type of stress is affecting your life, making light of it may not make it go away, but it can help make it easier to cope. That in itself is a big help.
